Sign on the x/sox usa big rip off! Unpaid invoices starting from 12/06!

I also did some closings for sox between 12/06 and 02/07 i also did not get paid. After many attempts i started adding a 25% late fee every 15 days to the balance due. They are now at over 2300.00 in a past due amount.

So what i did was go to my local magistrate in my county and filed a civil suit and won by default. [of course they did not show] now i must wait for a thirty day appeal period. Once that is done i will file a lein on their business for the amount owed plus any more fees that accrue. That will allow me to get my money one way or another.By the way they started out only owing me less than 300.00 i will persue this to the end and i will get my money and i will keep you posted.
