Litton Loan
They are charging me for late fees i have already paid. I went over this with one of their emploees and he agreed but they still are billing me for the extra charges and are sending me foreclosure letters Ripoff

Two years ago I got behind on my payments, i still do not think I owed what they said, but they were forclosing in me so to save my home, I paid what they asked.

Every month I paid more than the agreed amount, when it came to the last payment to release it out of the layers hands, I called to verify the amount owed. They had it for almost what was owed in the beginning.

Finally they agreed I was even, but I show this $300 amount as past due on every statment. I was still sending payments past the 10 days, so I sent the late charge also.

Now they have me for more late charges than 1 months payment and I get no results when trying to fix it.

Help! I am a single mom trying to make it and get no where with this company.

I also got a big appraisal and was sold to Litton.
