Ripoff paying off my mortgage!

I have being trying to get my payoff on my mortgage since July. This company customer service reps. Questions me as to why did I want to pay my mortgage off. I have been given the run around from this company. You're on hold forever then the reps comes back to begin repeating things you've never said. It's OUTRAGEOUS! Where in the HELL did this company get their Mortgage Licenses FROM!!! You have to wait on a call back before you can actually speak to a supervisor. The PRESIDENT of Homecomings Financial, LLC - Waterloo, IA; Florence, SC; Ft. Worth, TX; NEED to take some SERIOUS actions of getting this company on track. I pai d my bills on time and I expected them to give me my information that I need in a timely manner.instead I'm having to deal with reps hanging up the phone acting very childish! It just burns me up to know a so call company of this maginitude let's this type of CRAP! Go on!!! After asking for a payoff several times and was told it would take 24-48 hrs by fax, guess what they sent the payoff in 10 minutes of getting of the phone. So WHY??? Why should a customer have to endure this type of behavior! They shouldn't when they want their MORTGAGE PAID OFF!!!
