Account Closed Over Alleged Late Payment, Rude Representative

Capital One closed my account due I was late for payment. I called the CSR. I told them I was not late. She was telling me I missed couple months pmt but that is not true. Their CSR was rude if the account was to be open I need to write a letter now my balance is down to 236.00. I told the CSR that okay I am going to shred my capital one now they are going to lose customers if the CSR didn't clean their act!
