Closed my account capital one CSR was rude

Capital one closed my account due iwas late for payment. I called theCSR. I told them iwas not late. She was telling me i missed couple months pmt but that is not true. Their CSR was rude if the account was to be open i need towrite a letter now my balance is down to 236.00. I told the CSR that okay iam going to shred my capital one now they are going to lose customers if the CSR didn't clean their act!
