Verbally abusive, harrassed me and my family

I was first approached with an option to pay my school loans off. I tried to tell GC Services that I had no job and was under Dr's care for a medical condition. It was like they could not understand. I agreed to the Ford repayment program reluctantly. I was unable to make the deadline for the paperwork. They sent it out and the due date was before I even got the paperwork. Then they insisted that I pay for it to have it priority mailed. I could not understand the need for it to come so soon. I mean if they wanted it so bad, why did they wait to send it out so long! And they tried it a second time and the paperwork got to me the day before they needed it.'On a friday no less'.

Again they requested the paperwork be priority mailed to them. This is when I got suspicious. Hmmm, sounds like a scam to me! Understandabley! But, after that the firm of GC Service began to become abraisive. Then they became outrite abusive. The representative used my personal circumstances to pick a verbal fight. They said things to me that I question the legality of.

I mean, If I called a person names, ridiculed their personal life as a joke, and called irrelivant family members to harrass and interrigate them; all for money! I think that I would be brought up on charges!

So, its safe to say that they have the corner of the market on retrobution, and the government must be in their pockets. Unless! Please help me to understand how this is going to get me to pay anything to them!
