Denied refund

I found Premier Family Services on the web looking for a fathers rights group in California. When I first contacted them they told me of all the papers they could file to help me in my case. Then I received a follow up call to gather my information and about the things I wanted done in the case. The person I spoke with this time said he would do none of the things promised when I paid the $750 and another $90 for inrolling in their program. At that time I asked for a refund. That person said he would take care of it. They did stop taking the $45 amonth out.

I then received another call and this person told me they were very sorry for the first mans attitude. Then asured me that everything I was first told would be done. He said they would mail me paperwork to fill out and send back. I waited 10 days and received nothing. I called them repeatedly for 3-4 days untill I got my case manager, he then transfered me to Nathaniel Hansen. He is supposed to be the head of customer service. He and I conversed for several day. He emailed me my paperwork and I filled it out and faxed it to his attention. It was now 3 weeks till my court date. They sent my paperwork to my home in Ohio 4 days before i was to go to court in California. The paperwork arrived at my home at 2:30 Ohio time on my court date. I was in California in court at 8am.

So I lost on all accounts. I asked for a refund due to their lack of timely paperwork and communication. I have had no responce as of yet.
