Called ex-husband to reach my boyfriend

My ex-husband received a call from Central Portfolio Control and asked for my boyfriend.

I called the company and spoke with Ken Miller, he was rude and hung up on me twice when I asked for the name of the company he works for and the address. He said I was avoiding the true issue like the plague.

I want to know how these companies come up with contact numbers. I hardly believe this was a strange coincidence.
