Repeated Calls for Another Person on My Number of Seven Years

I have been getting calls from this company too, and explained that I am not the person they are looking for. I have had this number for seven years. The name of the person they are looking for is not close to mine. They said that they will take my number off their calling list, but I still keep getting calls. What I have been doing is call them back every hour on the hour to request they do not call me. I just started it today. I hope that me calling them more then they call me will stop them from calling.
