Very Rude, Yelling, Double Reporting on Credit Reports so it looks like two collections not one. Illegal interest charges

I called CENTRAL CREDIT CONTROL LTD today to disguss a matter that is on my credit report and was reported twice by CENTRAL CREDIT CONTROL LTD. The lady I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about and was of no help at all. Near the end of the call she was very abusive and rude by yelling at me because I suggested that the company they were trying so hard to collect for might be sued by myself due to her actions and she just went off the deepend. This is not a company I would ever work with to clear up a debt. The charge interest on debts even when not approved by the company they are trying to collect for. I called the company they were collecting for and they told me that there is no interest on a account. I urge everyone that if you get a call from these loones that you just hang up the phone. Your account will be moved to another agency and hopfully one you can work with. CENTRAL CREDIT CONTROL LTD will NOT work with you at all. All they want is the full amount no matter what.
