Aspire Card
They sent me a letter saying that if I paid a certain amount they would disregard the over the limit fee and I paid that certain amount but they still charge me the 35.00 over the limit fee

I was sent an offer in which needed to pay 98.00 (cannot remember the exact amount) and they would waive the 35.00 over the limit fee, because I wasn't able to get caught up with the monthly payment, so I was able to scrounge the 98.00 and paid but they are still charging me the 35.00 and I am unable to get caught up. They are not being fair and true to their word
