VisaAspire ripoff Continues to Add over the limit and late fees even after I closed the account to prevent any additional fees., Columbus

Several Months ago I was going through some finiancial difficult
so I decided to cancell my credit card with aspire to stop the amount where it was so i could get that amount to geather and pay the card off. Since which time I have be unable to come up with the orginal amount aspire visa has continued to add late fees and over the limit fee my account even though it is closed they continue to harrass me to make my minium pay which will still allow them to add late fees and over the limit fees. How am i to ever get rid of this debt if it is continuly to go up every month 70.00 more dollars. They tell me to make the minium pay but it won't stop the fees.
