Complete Rip Off Loan, Wants desparately to Foreclose on our home no matter what we do!

We have had nothing but bad experiences with HomeQ. Our loan is a 2 year ARM. We did not fully understand this when signing. After the 2 years, our payment jumped over $200 and keeps climbing! We have had $2000 in bogus fees so far.

We fell 2 months behind because of my husband's job change, and they tried to foreclose! They will agree to certain payment arrangements over the phone and the try to begin foreclosure again. They have tried billing us for insurance, claiming we have none, although we have always carried insurance.

When we finally got our payments caught up, the then sent us a letter that they were going to bill us because our property taxes were late. Upon calling, they even threatened to begin foreclosure proceedings because of a small oversight of only $200 on our property tax bill!

I do not understand why this company is still in business! They are making our life miserable! We have tried to refinance, but they have ruined our credit! Ugh!
