Allowed my account to be riped off by ebay with out contacting me

I had a account with this bank and i was buying products on line with ebay and someone got my info from ebay and then sent a charge to my account the money that was taken out was $700.00 and when i took this matter to the bank manager she said i approved it and that there was nothing she could do needless to say the bank put me into the check system and now i cant open a new bank account in town anywhere right after this happend i closed 4 accounts with this bank each account was for $1.000 if they allowed this to happen to me why would, nt the bank contact me first and let me know what was happening and what else would and can they do to people out there it is not fair then to top things off ebay said i owe them money for selling listed products on the site but who am i to take on the big banks of this of our country i will tell you who i am i am a hard working carpenter that puts this country together everyday for the last twenty five years i have done so and pay my taxes that who i am to anyone that might go to fifth third bank any where in the usa look out the only thing this bank wants is your money and it dont matter how the get it.
