Trike scam cost 3500 pounds paid into individual's bank account

Ebay advertised a trike for sale. Then I got scammed they knew about the scam so should have warned members ebay don't want to know the bank says because I used my debit card and paid in to somebody's bank account I cannot get my money back £3500.00 out of pocket
