Garnished Wages without my knowledge Ripoff Oaks PA

I was checking my online paystub yesterday and noticed that my check was very low and I had a $800 garnishment applied to my check. After doing some research I was told that the garnishment was from Sonic for a past debt. I was never sent any paperwork regarding such action and my company's legal department knew nothing about it as well. This garnishment was about 50% of my paycheck and now puts me in jeopardy of some serious bounced check fees. The company that handles garnishments for my company states that they have voluntary garnishment paperwork that I electronically signed in January from Sonic. I never electronically signed any voluntary garnishment ever.

My questions are: How can they garnish my wages without a court order? How can over 50% of my pay be garnished in one pay check. Can I sue them for fraud and falsifing my signature on the voluntary garnishment document (which I am having mailed to me)? How can an electronic signature be accepted for this type of situation? It appears that all my rights have been stripped away with this garnishment. I am trying to get a lawyer (I have group legal through my company) on this but it seems that everyone I contact is too busy to deal with this type of claim.
