Michael Mignone ripoff stole my money and he need to be stopped

Received a phone call from an individual by the name of Michael Mignone on May 9th in response to a request that I made in regards to an personal loan. He said I was approved for a loan of $5000, all I would have to do is forward the first 5 months of payments as I do not have a sufficient credit history. The total amount that I have to forward would be 759.70. I would then not have to make a payment for 5 months. He faxed a 7 contract stating it. He told me that I needed to sign the contract, and fax it back along with my id.

He then requested for me to wire $759.70, to a Canadian "investor". I did not agree, so I said I wanted to send it in the US. He had me send the wire under the name of Jenine Sadarmack. He asked that I rounded it the amount to $760. He informed me that the money would be in my account within 24 hours.

The next the money was not in my account, so I called mr. Mignone, I was given the round around that he was not in, and that he will not abe around for a while. I kept calling, and finally got a hold of mr. Mignone. He tells me that the "investor" changed their mind, and that they wanted me to make 10 month payment, instead of 5 month. I questioned him further, and he says if I wanted to receive the $5,000. I would have to send another $760. I requested to just get my money back, and he says that they might be mailing it to me, and it will take upto 20 days. He finally hungs up on me. I called back numerous time, no answer, and no call backs.

I needed the money to have a surgery. I am very sick, and do not have indurance to cover it. This person ripped off, and I want justice to be done. This Person destroyed me, and he needs to be stoped, He is a danger to soceity.
