Consistantly late or non payment, damaged rental, caused county fines to be assed to landlord Ripoff

Mr. Owens consistantly from the first month was unable to pay rent at specified times. When paymnt date were adjusted to facilitate payment he was still unable to pay on time. One month required social service agency to assist in late payment or no payment could have been made. Out of 12 month period he paid once on time.in addtion on three (3) occasions his checking account had insufficiant funds in it which could have caused bounced check if I had not inquired as to balance when I went to cash them.

Had repeated calls from neighbors over trash and litter on property. Also recieved two (2) citations from Sarasota county for non mowing of grass and ltter.

Mr. Owens repeatedly misled me as to amount of people living in house. I came to discover two (2) adults I was never made aware of.

At the time of his leaving I had filed eviction procedings. The house was filthy and in need of various repairs that were never reported. This man is dishonest in his dealings and is a very poor risk to say the least.
