Charging me late payment fees even though im paid current on linecarol stream

8 Months ago i paid my monthly payment. My minumum payment was $15.00 i always pay $40.00. I also made a second payment for $40 because i was unsure i would be able to pay it when it was due. Capital one pakaged both of these payments together and made 1 payment out of it. I then made another payment of $40 and they charged me a late payment fee. I called to correct this problem. It took 7hrs on the phone to get things straight. They adjusted the fee. Now I am paid for that current month 2 weeks before the due date. Every month i have to call them to solve the problem. The problem is thier system only looks ahead and not back, thus thinking that you are late. The payment is not late, its already paid by the due date. Now 8 months later they decide to change my minumun payment due to $77.00 w/out my knowledge. They are required to notify me in writing 30 days prior to that payment due that it is going to change. They havent met this requirement. Their response was that i was late on my payments. I asked the specialist to look at my account and he would not go back into system to see that the account was paid. I have talked to another account rep. 2 weeks ago and established that i would make the payment after the 15 of the month and i would not have a problem. So i made a 40 dollar payment and now they are telling me that i still owe 37 dollars because of a late fee. There is no late fee. I wish to start a class action suit against Capital One for not following the law they are required to do. I also did some checking and it seems that they are owned by AIG.interesting huh? Didnt we just give them a boat load of our future generations hard earned cash barrowed fron the Chinese Government? I am sorry for being long winded here but im pissed. I told the CSA that I was recording and that i will post the recordings on YOUTUBE. He did not like that. I dont like to be recorded either. I am in one of the states that allows me to record without notice but i figure i at least owe them that knowledge. I wish to sue Capital One for the Damages they have caused and my credit which they have damaged unlawfully.
