This woman has houses for rent all around the memphis area! She calls herself the chief ex. Of this company. Well she will take your money, move you right into a home and then try to move you out! Even if your rent is paid, she will try an get an eviction and have you out if you complain on the living conditions of the house or things that need to be fixed. I was promised a nice home with a garage and swimming pool inground and it was to be fixed and cleaned... Nothing ever happened. I called code enforcement, health dept., then she filed to evict me from the property because she don't want to fix anything. I have no pool"a slime bucket", no garage"a water hole"due to the floods in tn. If she had of fixed things here and i gave her well over 6 weeks before i called anyone on her, i would never have lost my items in the 100 year old flood we just had. Now 14 years worth of my items down the drain.
