Federal Solutions Center called me up on my cell phone, telling me that they had seen that I had looked up information on grants on the internet, and they were a company that could help.

I am a young, independent college student and a single mother who had been struggling with a few things and saw a grant as a way to help out tremendously. So when this phone call came, I was very excited. They said that I qualified for a minimum of $5,000 each from the government toward education, loans, a new home, and personal matters, and it would not have to be payed back.

The man said his name was Irwin Stein. He call me from 302-231-1966. They said that all I would have to pay is $299.00 for them to process the paperwork and handle everything in less time than it would take the average person.

They also said that if foe any reason, I did not receive the money or equivelant, I would get a full refund of my money, minus a $24.95 processing fee. I thought this sounded fair, reasonable, and very much what I needed. They recorded the phone conversation and contract like most business do. He said the packet would be here within 2 wks, so that I could sign the paperwork and send it back, and within 5 weeks, the money would be in my account.

They also gave me a confirmation number. I agreed, and thought everything would be okay. The money was taken from my wachovia account and processed by World Wide Merchants, LLC. The money was processed by a system called Preauthorized Check Systems by Autoscribe Corporation out of Orlando, FL. World Wide Merchants Acc# on the check is # 746. Customer Serv # 1-866-747-1223 and WWM C/S # 1-866-903-9763 They get away with this saying on the check, "Verbally Authorized by Depositor". This took place in about the third week in March.

Every since then Ive been trying to contact the company to no avail. The man that dealt with me no longer works there, but another man through the company has his same number. This mans name is Mark Springer.

Please do not be fooled by this company, and cheated out of your money. If by some chance its already happemd to you, dont give up and feel like its too late, do something about it. Companies like this are BAD Business and need to be stopped. When the you are desparate and looking for help, it is an easy thing to be cheated.
