Ripoff, dishonent, fradulent, untrustworthy, lies

Federal solutions center called me on my cell phone, told me that they had seen my information on the internet concerning applying for a grant and that they could help.

I am a old person returning back to school and i really could use a grant to help with the off-set cost for a college education. They ask, i qualified for a grant ranging from $5000.00 and up, and ask what is the amount that I was looking for. I told him that the minimum of $5000.00. He told me that the grant could be used for education, home repairs, personnel matters not to include taken vacation.

The man said that his name was Jason i believe. I no longer have the number to where he called me from. He did tell me that there would be a $299.99 charge for process the paperwork and their attorney fees included in this price. He said that if for any reason I did not receive the money, i would get a full refund of my money minus a processing fee. They recorded the phone conversation.

He said that the packet would be here to me within 2wks, so that i could sign the paperwork and send it back, and within 5 weeks the money would be in my account. He gave me a confirmation number. I agreed, and thought everything would be ok.

The money was taken from my Vystar Credit union bank account and processed by world wide merchants llc. The money was processed by a system call preauthorized check systems by autoscribe corporation. They said on the check that "verbally authorized by depositor".
This took place in last april on a thrusday i believe.

That following monday i called jason back, told him that i no longer wanted the grant and for him to cancell my request. Over the weekend i checked the company standing with the bbb and got a back feeling from bureaus report. But to late. Jason said that he had ready started the paperwork process. He told me that i had to pay a cancellation fee of $125.00.

After checking my account i see that i have been charged the full amount of $299.99. My credit union tell me there is nothing that they can do because it has already been paid.

For the pass week i have been trying to contact the company with no avail. Please get the word out to everyone, every where that the Federal Soluation center is a rip-off! Companies like this are truly bad for business and need to be stopped immediately!!!
Please help getting the word out on this company!!
