Ripoff dishonest fraudulent lies cheaters untrustworthy criminal

Federal solutions center called me on my cell phone, telling me that they had seen that i had looked up information regarding optaining a grant on the internet. They said that they could help me get a grant.
I am a 44 years old man, returning back to college after over 20 years, i don't have much money and i sturggle alot so this grant would have help me tremendously. When i got this phone call i was excited thinking that they had saw my application and was willing to get me a grant. They sadi that i qualified for several grant ranging from $5000 to $10000. I told him that i just need the minimum of $5000 to get me started with my education. He (jason) told me that i qualified for more but they money had to be used for education, home repairs, or other personnel matter, i just could go on vacation with the money given to me for the grant. He also explained that grant money does not have to be payed back.

The person i talked with name was jason his phone number is 866-747-1223. He said that i would have to pay $299.00 for them to process the papgerwork and hand the attorney legal fee. He said that if the grant does not go through, if i did not receive the money i would get a full refune of my money, minus a $24.95 processing fee. I thought that sounded fair so i agreed. They recoreded the phone conversation and said that with in 2 weeks i would receive paperwork to complete and send back, the money wouldbe in my account in the time. They gave me a confirmation number to comfirm the transaction. This all happend on a thrusday i think. I was in the middle of traffic driving home from work. After thinking more about this over the weekend, i decided to decline this grant offer. Before i called the federal solution center back i called the better business bureau for information on this company. I should have done this first befor agreeing to anything over the phone. The rating of this company with the better business bureau is very poor. They have over 38 complaints since january. Why isn't someone doing something about this business and its cheating practice. We all can't be wrong complainting about how terrible this business real is!!! I call the federal solution center back that monday and was told by jason that it was to late to cancel my application. He said that i would be charged a fee of $125.00 to cancel.

I told him, i still want my application concalled and for him not to take any money from my bank account. He said that he would cancel and still charge me that $125.00 concallation fee. He than ended the phone call. When i received my bank statement i see a charge to world wide merchant llc for the full amount of $299.00. The money was processed by a system called preauthorized check system and the check was marked as "verbally authorized by depositor". My bank had a number for the world wide merchants, i called them but the number is for an answering machine and the machnine is full with messages no more can be added. The number i called was 1-866-747-1223. This took place the last week in april thru the first two weeks in may. I have been trying to contact that company time and time again but to no avail. Please get the word out nation wide that this company is a ripoff and very fradulent. Let stop their dishonest and untrustworth ways! Companies like this are bad business and neeed to be stopped. If this has already happened to you, don't give up, don't feel like its too late, do something about it don't let them get away with treating you like this!
