$299.95 was withdrawn out of account for grant. Then that sent a check for the amount and it bounce and my account was debit again

On feb. 2 my acount was debit for $299.95 for a government grant.inever recieved any thing I kept calling and writing then about it.

So I was mailed a check for that amount. I went to the bank and cash the check when the bank sent it to the bank it was drawn on it was returned back.

Reason uncollected funds hold. I was charged and extra $10.00 The total amount due is $609.90
