Rippoff artist

Business & Finance

We have been on a forebearance agreement with these ripoff artist before we received a letter saying that we completed the agreement to pay regular payments. We get a call 3 monthslater saying we were behind on payments and failed to complete agreement. Sps had add money to our account that wasnt ours and when we called to tell them that we still had time on the forebearance they kept saying everything was paid and we should go back to paying our reg payment.

After they fixed there mistake we showed late on payments on failed forebearance (even though it was there fault we are paying for it) we are now on another forebearanc which is almost 2 reg payments add togather we told sps that we cant keep aking these high payments (we have made 5 months of these payments) but we still have 13mo to go. We cant afford a lawyer and we cant sell and move.

Is there any help out there at all for those of us just want to get away from sps.
