Raising payments on a Forebearance Plan because not being able to insure house at this time

Last year I agreed to a Forebearance Plan with this company to make up the payments when we got behind. It was to last until September of this year.

Yesterday I got a letter from them that they accepted the pay - ment that I sent but that I still owed them more because I did not send the right amount. They would not start the foreclosure again until the first of the next week so that I may be able to send the rest of the loan.

My payments have been raised another $400 dollars a month.
