Unavailable Funds Charge put account negative before my paycheck

I have an account at Suntrust Bank. After going to 2 other locations that said they could not help me because it was not my home office, I finally had to take off work early to get to my home office before they closed.

I explained to them, using their paperwork, that an Unavailable Funds Charge was issued to my account but I could not find out where. The UFC is what put my account into the negative and then started a domino effect before my paycheck was deposited.

After finally making it to my home office, they could not tell me anything except that something might have been pending that day, but they could not say what or why it happened. They then decided to take my C.C. and use it for my overdraft protection and charge me yet another fee to transfer the balance, and this was all before I received my credit card.

I have yet to be able to get this straight and have had to spend countless hours showing Suntrust employees how to do math to understand the problem, yet it is not a bank error.

If you have a Suntrust account, make sure that you keep an eye on it all the time. Do not use just the online banking, because per their own employees it is not always accurate and has problems that they will charge you for and not reimburse you for.

I am serious about looking into a class action lawsuit, so if this has happened to you, or if you have had money taken out of your account with no answer, please leave a comment here. If you are a Suntrust employee, unless you think you can help, I really do not want to hear from you.
