Took Money Out Of My Account With Out A Reason ripoff

I have an account at Suntrust bank and after going to 2 other locations that said they could not help me because it was not my home office I finally had to take off work early to get to my home office before they closed.

I explained to them using their paper work that a Unavilable Funds Charge was issued to my account but I could not find out where. The UFC is what put my account into negative and then started a domino effect before my pay check was depostied.

After finally making it to my home office, they could not tell me anything except that something might have been pending that day but could not say what or why it happened. They then decided to take my C.C. And use it for my over draft protection and charge me yet another fee to transfer the balance and this all before i received my credit card.

I have yet to be able to get this straight and have had to spend countless hours showing Suntrust employees how to do math to understand the problem but yet it's not a bank error.

If you have a suntrust account make sure that you keep an eye on it all the time. Do not use just the online banking because per their own employees it is not always accurate and has problems that they will charge you for and not remburse you for.

I am serious about looking into a Class Action Law Suit so if this has happend to you or if you have had money takin out of your account with no answer then please leave a comment here. If you are a suntrust employee, unless you thing you can help I really don't want to hear from you.
