Ripoff authorizes a 790.00 charge against overdrawn account

Due to thousands of dollars in fees that they had ripped me off for in the past, i set up a separate account to do my visa check card purchases that would be separate from checks to avoid overdraft charges. I have a retail store and vendors are always shipping orders on my visa check card. I thought that if the money wasn't in the account when they went to preauthorize the charge that they would have to wait until it was or contact me so i could transfer funds in that account to cover the shipments, which would save me overdraft fees.

Okay so it was the weekend and they allowed charges on the card against funds that were not there, i normally will transfer the funds over monday before the sales drafts hit the bank to cover the charges, well this particular monday there were already 300.00 dollars in charges against a account that only had 140.00 available, and they allowed a vendor to pre authorize a charge for 790.00. How can they do that? Now they have my account overdrawn by 1100.00 because they paid the sales draft when it came thru, and of course anything smaller than that that was authorized prior to that, and then charged me 35.00 for 6 smaller items that were authorized prior to that, i did make the transfer monday to cover what i knew would go thru monday night but tuesday night the 790.00 came thru and since they paid it first all the others were paid and charged 35.00 per transaction. I have had Bank of america screw me over so many times because of their business practices. You can't win with these people, they steal your money and justify it with some procedure that they seem to change every time. I advise anyone who is thinking of banking with them to not. They suck bigtime.
