Has continually called my references, and work and my boss at work to get in touch with me after asking them to not contact me at work. Ripoff

I am reporting CASH CALL for their harrassing behavior. Yes, I am behind on my paymetn - 2 to be exact. I stopped the auto draws on my account due to it bounced a few checks and needed to clear it up before I could let them draw money that wasnt there. They have called me at work while i am conducting new hire oreintations and yelled at me on the phone to make my payments.

They have contacted my references I gave them when applying for the loan and in very rude manner, ordered them to contact me and let me know thye are trying to reach me. I have contacted them and told them we would get those payments to them ASAP but that is not good enough.

They continue to call me at work after I have repaetedly asked them not to contact me at work, and now have tried to contact my boss at work to talk to him about getting in touch with me. Can they do this? I will lose my job and then they will have no way to collect their past due amount. I am frustrated and almost to the point of filiing bankruptcy and stopping the harrassment. They also have refused to give me a pay off amount.

I dont understand how they can treat people this way. I have fully intended to get caught up and have told them my plan to do so, but the harrassment continues as if I havent made arrangements at all.
