Has been harrassing me personally about a business debt Ripoff

This debt collection agency has been harrassing me at home, at my business and at work about a debt that my business owes. They obtained my work number from caller ID when I returned one of the many calls that the rep had made to my home number, my business number and messages she had left with my husband.

I have asked them not to contact me at work because I am not allowed the receive personal calls. I advised them that work in an open area and cannot discuss this matter with them at work. I was told by one individual who claimed to be a manager "my son eats off of these accounts that I collect so I will call you whenever and whereever I feel like it." I've also been told "I can discuss this account with whomever I'd like" by another rep.

Although I did not provide any type of personal guarantee for this business account, I've been threatened with, they are searching my personal credit to see what I have, like a house or credit cards to pay this bill.

I have been repeatedly lied to about my options to pay the bill, how they got my work number, that my husband told them to call me at work about the bill, notes that I asked be made on the account, my attempts to contact them, etc.

Some of the people I have talked to have been very rude, loud and beligerent. I want the harrassment stopped, I am looking into what my rights are as an individual and a business owner because I fully intend to exercise them.
