Fraudulant charges against account ripoff

My family and I needed a cash loan in order to take my daughter to the hospital to get some tests done. We needed cash for the gas, food and hotel room. We got a loan for $500. When we signed up for the loan they said that we would only have to pay a total of $90 in interest. They have been taking out $90 every two weeks, which I was told that it would continue until the loan was paid off.

I had no problem with that, but when they took out the money they called me a day or two later stating that they never received the payment and that I needed to make arrangements to pay off the outstanding balance. I asked the rep if there was a way that I could pay it all off at once, they told me no. They kept calling me at work, at home and on my cell phone. Every time I talk to these people I can not get anywhere.

I have asked about a phone number I can call to talk to someone and find out what the hell is going on and I get no where with that as well.

I finally contacted my bank to let them know what was going on and they said that they have had a lot of calls recently about the same thing. They suggested that we change our accounts so that they will not be able to touch it again, and if they do we will not be held accountable for the fees.

I suggest EVERYONE to stay clear of this company. And if you have been caught up with it contact your bank and close that account and open a new one. Companies like this make me sick. They get off taking advantage of hard working people. Someone needs to put a stop to companies like this one
