Fraudulent Practices FCRA Violations Breach of Contract

Around March I defaulted on an auto loan from River Works Credit Union in Lynn, MA.

My automobile was then repossessed on the 27th April; my only means to work.

I did not hear from the company again until November River Works Credit Union informed me that they attempted to sell the vehicle via a public auction multiple times but the auctions were unsuccessful. (I was never notified of these auction dates and venues).

I was then told that I would be able to cure my default if I could provide paystubs. I provided my paystubs to RWCU and they promptly re-signed another loan for the balance. I was then informed that they lost the vehicle.

I am stuck with an auto loan and no car, meanwhile Riverworks Credit Union refused to remove the reposessed status from my credit report, as a result, I can't pass a credit check to get desirable employment... Lawsuit pending.

Their staff wouldnt return my calls or emails. Joanne in the Loan Dep't is always on Vacation or Lunch 5 days a week.

Riverworks Credit Union will rip you off. BEWARE!!!
