I've been had too!!!
I recently discovered a debit from my checking acct for $49.95 also! When I called the 1866# it gave me another number 401-228-9232. Once I was able to get thru the lady stated she was their answering service and I needed to fill out a form on the company's website whom would contact my by email immediately.
While I was trying to get additional information from her she hung up on me HA! When I tried to call back they put me on hold forever. I'll try to see if my bank can help me but I think I'm doomed. No more info given out on the internet with bank info for me!!!
