Ripoff paid the amount over twice

As we all know, hard times come from time to time. I did not have a computer so i went to the library. I was informed of the fees afterwards. After i paid the money i owed, 42 months i thought id be done, so i asked for a statement saying i was paid. They told me i still owed intrest, so i got on a payment plan for 8 months, again i thought i was good to go. Not. They say i still owe. Well when does it stop. Its not like i did not pay or wont pay. I keep getting further behind. These phone calls wont stop and they call all the time while i am at work.
