I called twice to close my card and asked for a total paid both times. I recieved a call from their collection saying that I still owe a $29 late fee, $5.95 from last payment, and $. 29 for interest. Help Help stop ripoff

I called twice to close my card and asked for a total paid both times. Second time was for a $5.95 fee for last bal. Paid. Thinking account was closed, I recieved a call from their collection saying that I still owe a $29 late fee, $5.95 from last payment, and $. 29 for intrest. Help Help stop ripoff.

After calling for a total of three times, paying what was owed and they still will not resolve this issue with me without me paying the additional $35.07 Via mail.
