MCC (My Computer Club), CRB (Credit Research Bureau) ripoffs! Fraudulent billing, improper payments, dishonest credit bureau reporting, harrassments., La Mesa

I have purchased the products from My Computer Club... The agreements was that I am to send the down payment and the deposits in full (which I did with money orders) before they can ship me the products. I did get the products shipped to me because I paid the down payment and the deposits in full.

The next agreement was that they can debit my checking account of the payments due each month until paid in full. The problem was they were always taking different amount out whenever and not each month just whenever and no statements of them keeping track of what has been paid from the down payment, deposit and payments. I called and asked them why they are doing this. I told them I would like a statement from them and they said they will get it straightened out. They agreed to only take one monthly payment each month of the same amount until it is paid off.

Wrong. They didn't send me the statement and they went back to taking different amount out whenever so I put a stop payment on them. I called them and told them what I did. I said I would send them my monthly payment each month until paid in full. They turned me into the Credit research Bureau without my knowledge stating that I owe over $1000.00 which is untrue.

My Computer Club left out the amount of the Down Payment and the deposits I have paid to them and gave them the false amount of what I owe. I have contacted the CRB and explained the situation and even sent them what I have paid. They completely ignored that and have harrassed me and the third party for money owed continously. I have been paying the CRB the monthly payments and they keep upping the amount I owe instead of decreasing the amount I owe. So I stopped paying them and called them and said that they need to make a correction on my payments, to stop upping the amount I owe. I told them to get the correct amount from the MCC, to stop harrassing me and my third party with phone calls and letters continously.

I need help with these companies for what they have put me through. It is so stressful for them to be so greedy and dishonest. They also stated that I have refused to work with them when really it is them that refused to work with me.
