Vanderbuilt Mortgage Harrassing us saying we missed payments, and they never recieved payments

Since December they have called me 3x's saying they don't have November's payment-I said I have the cancelled check (s)-all of them that they have cleared... They they said I am behind for January 1 payment-impossible we have been paying before the due date of the 1st since we've closed on the loan in March 15-we have a payment booklet I send out the payments on the 23rd of each month and sometime they do'nt clear my checks until the 8th to add late fees. They called again today it is January 25 and they say they are missing 3 months of payments after I faxed them proof that the clecks have cleared and they said they were lost in the mail.
