I am also a victim of vanderbuilt mortgage. They have gone up on my payments and escrow. I think we need to file a suit against this company and show them what is like to have to worry about making payments to us. I think they raise our payments up so that poor people will lose what money they have paid and their property. I also so feel that they are scamming poeple out of their escrow one minute you have money in the account and the next minute it is gone and they dont know happened to it. They blame on anything from late payments to increases on your insurance. My payments have gone up twice since September. I am with anyone that wants to file suit against VANDERBUILT MORTGAGE.
