Rip off company tells you you get a credit card and takes 250 dollars out of your account

I was contacted by this company telling me i can get a credit card. Worth 2,500, to rebuild my credit. I would have to give them my account info, so they can take 250 dollars out of my account. That would be used for my first 5 payments.

About month later i get contract, telling me about there interest, and to sign and send back, i did. Then in the mail i get catalog, I called them telling them I didnt want this, that is not what they told me. So they told me to send back the info, I did and they would refund me my money, That was nov. 9th,

Every week they tell me they are sending me my money, until this week, they told me today January 9 that they are not sending me my money, i need to go on there website and buy something for 250 dollars, all i want is my money back. Please help
