Scam rip off mis-leading

I was taking for $200.00 dollars that I didn't have but because I am triing to rebuild my credit and better my situation. I paid the money for a credit card (unsecured) with a limit of $2000.00 dollars. I asked several times can this card be used for bills etc. She replyed that it is a regular credit card. I just needed to sign a promisary note and fax it back they send me my credit card. It was a load of crap! Scam all they way. I called to get my money back and nothing they told me good luck you will recieve nothing from us there are no refunds. I could cancelled the card but I will not be getting my money back I have three children and work very hard for my money. I am PISSED OFF I want to see this company be responsible for the trouble they have caused everyone because I know I am not alone. There is no telling how much this company is worth, by ripping off us good people. Can there be like a class action law suite filled against them if anyone knows post it please I will hop on board.
