Ccr & pc1 ripoff

In July I recieved a phone call from ccr company to get a mastercard. The credit line of 2500. Dollars it would cost me 349.00 dollars. I was told I could get my money back when I got the card just go to an Atm & use it to get my money back to put back in my bank account.

CCR took my money out of my account on 8-03-05. I recieved a package in mail no credit card with it. It was a repair your credit. I called them & they told me to send it back for a refund of my money. Then call them with a confirmation # so I did. I would get my refund in 10-to 14 days.

I am still waiting for my money. I called them the name has changed to pc1 now. They keep telling me call back next week the refunds are just getting out slow for some reason, they can't tell me why. I remind them it has been since sept. I am on disabilty a limited income so please help me if you can.
