I sent them 37.00 dollars to get credit through them. Then placed a order for a tv set from them and never recieved any thing this was about a year ago now

Close to a year ago they sent me a letter saying they would give me $10,000.00 dollars credit through them if i sent them $37.00 dollars. So i sent them the money. Then they sent me a catalog and a account card with a preferred member. So i then ordered a tv set from their catalog. I had to send them $15.00 dollars for shipping which i did. I never recieved my tv. I wrote them nasty letters several times telling them i was going to have something done with them if i don't get what i ordered or get all my money back from them. One time a lady called me back about my letters and said there was a mix up with my address and would send my tv right out to me. Well weeks went by i never got my tv. So i called them. The man i spoke with said he would send it out that day yet. Still i've heard nothing. Please help me with this matter! I am owed something from this so called company.
