Took my money wouldn't give loan and won't return my money, ripoff

This company guaranteed me a loan for 5000.00 they required a deposite then money for insurance so i paid then they told me that i couldn't get the loan when i requested my money back they told me i had to wait until thier pay period which was 15 days. So i called back they then told me i had to wait 30 days for my money.
