I, too, was swindled out of more than $1000 by Right Value Financial Company (www.rightvaluefinancial.com). My husband and I were going through some financial problems and I thought this company was the answer. They seemed harmless on the phone - bah! Anthrax looks like a harmless white powder, too, until you get too close and then it's too late!

They promised me a $5000 loan, but I would have to put $1000 down for collateral. I did - but still no loan. I called and they said that the person who told me $1000 was enough was a "new" employee and didn't know all the procedures yet and I would have to send another $500. If I had this kind of money laying around, I wouldn't have needed the loan! So I borrowed the second payment amount and sent it in. I'm STILL waiting for my loan and this was more than 2 years ago!

I called and demanded my money back and was told I had to wait until the end of the month when they cut checks. So I waited and I called and I waited and I called and then they stopped answering the phones! What a disaster! I hope someone somewhere can stop this company from ruining anyone else. I tried the New York Attorney General's office, but got nowhere.

If I can give one piece of advice to anyone looking for a loan on the Internet - BUYER BEWARE! Check them out with the BBB, the Attorney General's office, someone! Don't take their word for it!
