Guaranteed a 5,000 loan. Kept charging upfront fees as collateral. Wouldn't give the loan Ripoff

Right Value Financial was one of the only companies to guarantee a loan due to my credit rating. So I signed up and was approved.

First, they said to pay collateral do to credit rating, when my money wasn't there, I called and they informed me of an insurance (like on a credit card) to pay upfront. I was desperate so I paid. They guaranteed money in my account by end of business day. Money still wasn't there.

Called back again, said there was closing fee and recommended I take a refund that would take 2 weeks.

Supervisor said they were ending business with this lender because of all of the upset customers they have now. (gee, you think!) They wouldn't give out the lender's name but said they take full legal/financial responsibility for the situation.

I guess I can't stress enough... Never take money when people want you to give them money first, I have countless payday loans out now to pay these upfront fees and now I'm getting SCREWED!!!
