Loan fraud

I received a Loan app. For a Business loan from this company and called them. First they wanted me to send a loan payment to secure the loan, I did then they wanted me to send another loan payment I did, then it was a payment for loan insurance I sent that too. After I talked to them each time I was told the cost would be deducted from the loan or I could get my money back if I did'nt get the loan. Then they wanted a transfer fee which I sent and each time I was told that the money would be transfered within 20 min. But it was not. Then I got a call that they wanted more money because I did not pay enough for the loan insurance. I told them I wanted to stop the process and get my money back, they told me I would have to wait 30 days not counting fri, sat, or sun, or holidays. I have waited the 30 days as required and I am unable to get ahold of them by phone or e-mail. I checked them out on the net before doing business with them and checked their website, and because they were in the USA (NEW YORK) I thought I would be able to get a refund but guess what!!! I WAS WRONG. And now i cant even find them on the net go figure.
