Innovative Tax Relief
Promised help in reaching an agreement with Federal and State IRS regarding taxes owed. Has been rude keeps me uninformed. Ripoff

Started with ITR earlier this year. Started out fine, became increasingly time consuming and costly.

They were always asking for new information that they should have known the IRS requires.

Two months ago, my account was transferred to a new ITR employee. This person, Sharon Holly, never called me to say she took over my case. I found out when I called Gwen N. To get an update and found out she had left the company.

Sharon became increasingly rude and denied what she had told me about my case. She was also rude to my wife on the phone. Her assistant, Jim Coleman, doesn't know anything.

This week, in a call to Sharon for another update, her assistant informed me my case was given to an outside lawyer without my permission and notification. Jim Coleman could only transfer me to James Rome, ITR's complaint manager. I left him a voicemail 11/16 and 11/17. He has not returned my calls.

I asked for the president's name and address from the person answering their phone and was given James Rome number. They don't seem to care when I said I would be filing a complaint with the MN State Attorney Generals Office, local news stations and our attorney. The Operator said "go ahead".

I need to know if there are more people from Minnesota who have registered their complaints with you regarding Innovative Tax Relief.

Something has to be done to prevent companies like ITR from staying in business and get those of who trusted them our monies back.
