C.A.&c. Consultants Inc, Mr Tom James (claim Agent), Mrs Sharon Owens (promotion Manager) sent a $100k winning notification & $4900 check to pay goverment taxes before win

I received a notification letter and $4900 check to pay applicable government taxes on my big winning of $100k. It seemed too good to be true so I went on line and found a report about the exact same scam. The company name was different but the names of Mr Tom James & Mrs Sharon Owens were still the same and the company was supposedly from Illinois (not Toronto like in my case).

The $4900 check is from Community Bank in Burbank, California and I have not tried to do anything with it since I read the other report about the guy trying to make a copy of it for his records and it copied with VOID all over it.

I just want to warn any "potential winners". The company might change its name and location again but watch out for those names of Mr Tom James and Mrs Sharon Owens!!!
