Charged $7,000 and took an additional $7,000 unauthorized from husband's checking account. Then refused o return calls. Ripoff

Jennifer Arnold with Innovative Tax Relief, after hearing my story, promised she could help lower our owed taxes, elimate interest and penalties. She spoke with great urgency - that we must act now. She told me her total fee would be $7,000. She had me max out my credit cards and use part of my checking account.

Jennifer Arnold called me approx a month later, explaining the IRS claimed we owed twice the amount me really owed, had filed fradulant taxes, and the IRS was ready to take everything. She said we were "high risk" and she now needed an additional $7,000 which I told her I would have to discuss with my husband.

Jennifer Arnold explained to me she only had two, out of 19, steps to complete our case. Jennifer Arnold assured me we would owe no more than $10,000 - $15,000.

Jennifer Arnold took another unauthorized $7,000 out of my husband's checking account. We made several attempts to contact her and she was never in the office. We left numerous messages - none were returned.

After receiving a certified letter from IRS with a ten day notice to pay $41,000 I called Jennifer's office, and was told that our case was turned over another tax atty agency.

I called the new atty, Betty Hudson, with Alternative Tax Relief and found her more difficult to talk with than the IRS. She said there was nothing they could do for us, and asked me what made me think we wouldn't have to pay the full amount with interest and penalities. All she could do for us was set us up on payments.

After spending $14,000 for fraudulant advise, we ended up contacting the IRS directly. They were also helpful in helping us undo the power of atty we had given to Jennifer Arnold. We also had to close our checking accounts and open new ones to keep them from taking more money.

This nearly cost me my marriage. Thank you Jennifer Arnold!
