In November my husband was contacted by a sales representative about placing our timeshare for sale or rent with this company. She explained to him that the process was fast and simple. We paid $598.00 on 11/13. After retaining their services we started to receive phone calls from them asking if we are interested in selling or renting our timeshare.

Each time we would explain to them that we have already retained their services. This same phone call continued thru March after my husband and I requested for a refund. We ask for a refund because we figured since they are calling daily about listing our timeshare that is already listed there system is not right because their system should show our timeshare listed.

I tried to talk with Gisele one of the customer care members about a refund. She told me that they did not have a refund policy. So I asked to speak to a manager (Sharon Leper) concerning a refund. I explain to her that I felt that we were not being represented because we are always receiving the same phone call.

She apologized about the phone calls and they did stop after our conversation. However, she would not give me refund. She did suggest that we lower the price of the time share rental and buying price. We did and still no results. Months past and we would occasionally call to see if we had any offers. Each time the answer would be no offers but many inquiries.

Earlier this month I started calling them again for a refund and again the answer was no due to clients being advised by other companies to request a refund. She said that they use to give a refund but once they found out that about the above they stopped. This response/excuse was given to me for the first time this month.

When I called originally in March there was no explanation given. If that was the case why didn't she tell me this back in March? I told Sharon this was not the case and that I was not advised by another company to request for my money back but it is my free will due to their poor advertisement. She responded with the same response that is there is no refund policy.

I then went on the BBB to see the rating of this company. Their rating was very low however BBB stated "Before filing a complaint with the BBB consumers should contact Keren Medina at the company at 800-890-1940 x2233." Well I did this on 10/15/08 and I left several messages with Keren to call me back.

I am still waiting for a return phone call.instead I spoke with Sharon and I told her what the BBB states. She immediately stated that information should no longer be there and that she could not do anything for me. Again I ask to speak to Keren since her name is on the BBB page but was transferred to her voice mail.

So I called back after reading Lynn story from Yucaipa, California on consumer complaints and spoke with Sharon about Lynn's refund. I told her that it reads Lynn received her refund around the same time I initially requested a refund. She pretty much got rude and said there is no refund policy.

I called back again, this time to speak to a customer care representative. I got Giselle again. I asked her to look into the phone logs to see when I first requested a refund. She stated that the first documented time I ask for a refund was 10/08 but the first time I requested to speak to a manager was 03/08. I told her In March I asked for a refund and she rebutted.

She stated that she was one that took my call and I only requested to speak to the manager. This is so untrue. What reason would I need to speak to the manager if it wasn't concerning a refund? I asked her again can please tell me if I called in before March concerning a refund she started to fumble with her words and placed me on hold.

She came back to the phone and said that she was not able to give me that information due to company polices (liar). If this was the case she would have never given me the first two dates mentioned earlier.
