Hold your payment, apply it when they want, and harrasse you until they decide to apply the payment to the account. Military sends it out on the 1 cheste

Where do I begin. First let me tell you I make my payments every month before the due date. I have my payment set up on allotment through the military. Which means the payment is taking out of my check every month and sent to Wells Fargo at the begining of every month. The due date is the 7. On the 10 of every month I start getting harrassing phone calles stating Wells Fargo has not recieved my payment. I explian that it is not possible for the military sends it out on the 1. For days they call me every day, send me letter stating past due. Around the 26 I call them back and Wells Fargo tells me that they show that on there system they recieved the money on the 2-4 depending if there is a weekend, I ask them why do I get calls harrassing me stating you have not recieved the payment. I always get "I dont know" Wells Fargo also told me that they get the payment at the begining date it for the date they recieve it but will credit my account when they get to it. When they get to it they tell me and mean while they are calling me telling me to pay the now. I have had it. I am filling a class action lawsuit againt them. If any one else wants to get involved please respon to this I will have my lawyer track you down and contact you. It is time to take them down. Who know what they have done to my credit because they dont want to apply the payment when they get it. This is real I have alread found a lawyer that will take the case we just need every to respone to this so we can get names and city you live in. Even if you are no longer with Wells Fargo you can be part of the lawsuit.
